Luis Ladera is named like that, because his grand mother remembers some of his names. His mother lost memory, and never was registered for National Id Card, because never was registered as born. JUVSOL searched his case and soon will have an ID Card. Meanwhile we help him to improve their labor conditions, and study opportunity, because he only finished two years at primary school, he learned a lot, surviving.
