The Family is an organisation directed towards life changing events for Children and their mothers. It is our directive to offer a number of options for unwed mothers and their new borne infants to assist them to gain a beneficial and self-sustainable life for themselves. Our service shall firstly be directed at a 3 month in-house training course, directed at firstly providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for the infant and mother.
Accommodation shall consist of private single bedrooms with municipal cooking and entertainment areas, all facilities shall be as self-sufficient as is attainable, for example Vegetable gardens, Fish farms and Poultry.
After providing living accommodation, our next goal shall be that of teaching the mother the required skills to insure a healthy nourishing existence, for both herself and child.. Such skills will be hygiene, diet, infant care, CPA, and basic first aid, cooking etc.
AT THIS TIME THE MOTHER MAY LEAVE OUR FACILITIES OR ADVANCE TO THE NEXT STEP OF OUR PROGRAM
The next stage of our training shall be in the reality skills, for example, self-help, gaol acquisition, action steps and planning, comparisons between social and cultural programming, in short all the information required to make informed decisions and to attain the individual’s goals shall be provided.
AT THIS TIME A CAREER ADVISER WILL ASSIST IN DISCUSSING EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING OFFERS.
As a basic standard all persons will be taught both Spoken and Written Language, in either or both English and Chinese, though, firstly subliminal learning tapes, followed by the more common advanced methods. Basic Computer skills shall also be taught, with further specialised skills in computing as required to enable the parent to seek paid employment within our overall Family Structure, for example SEO skills, Programming, Writing, Design, Graphics and Marketing.
AT THIS TIME THE MOTHER CAN ONCE AGAIN DECIDE TO LEAVE US, TAKE UP EMPLOYMENT OR CONTINUE FURTHER TRAINING.
At this time the Child's Mother must either seek external housing as a paid Family Employee, or commence further studies, in either case a full and complete assessment shall be carried out by firstly the Home Staff, then as per their recommendations by myself and any other advisable individuals. Our goal is to capitalise on all expenditure, to insure that a TOTAL LIFE CHANGE EVENT is attained.
ALL PERSONS WHO CONTINUE WITHIN THE FAMILY STRUCTURE AT THIS TIME WILL SIGN FULL CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS INCLUDING CONFIDENTUALITY AGREEMENTS.
Those who meet the criteria, i.e. Personal recommendations by the Family Staff, Achievement Records, IQ tests, Motivation and finally Personal interviews with myself, shall be offered full training and accommodation on an ongoing basis. Stated training it is envisioned will be in Allied Health and Care fields, and a position within the organisation will be created to match these attainments, IE: MOTHERS such training would include Doctors, Nurses, Dentists, Midwives, Educators and so forth. Said Mothers shall take on the duties and responsibilities of running the Centres, and in fact shall be carrying out the roles of Mother to all in the Family Care.
Those who attain the Ranking of Mother in the family unit shall be construed to have attained Manager Levels within the overall Family, salary levels shall be as per standard, excepting that the basic minimal wage shall only be paid, until accrued debt is negated. Also a fixed Contract of employment shall be enforced being not less than twice the training time. For example if decision is to be a Doctor, = 7 years of training, then length of employment contract shall be 14 years. All training where possible shall be through long Distance Education, with in-house training as required.
Salary for all Staff regardless of position will be at the minimal level as per that country standard rate. This has a twofold purpose, firstly being the required mind set of the individual; we seek individuals with a mindset of a server to life, not a taker. Secondly the Family Care Organisation will not operate as a standard charity organisation; running expenses will always be maintained at the lowest possible rate so as to advance the structuring of additional centres.
Requirements to enter Family Care
1. Be a mother with a babe in arms, when services available, child in womb, as well as orphans or deserted children, will be acceptable for Family Care.
2. Single, No live-in or financial assistance will be offered to any mother with a partner.
3. Other than Minimal Male staff, no Males will be allowed on the premises,.
4. Non Family mothers may avail themselves of all training facilities, free of charge, dependant on circumstances and placement availability.
5. If for any reason a mother removes herself from our care or is dismissed, she will not be allowed to return to our care
6. No Drugs, Alcohol, or smoking shall be permitted to any person under Family care.
7. All directions of FAMILY MOTHERS shall be followed; our chief concern is the child's wellbeing and future life opportunities.
8. All mothers dependant on health will be expected to work for the common good, i.e. in general cleaning, gardening, cooking etc.
It is our intent to place at least 1 facility in every province or district throughout Asia and where ever financial constraints allow, each facility will be as self - sustainable as possible, in an area of prime real-estate “ possibly a future tourist resort” to allow maximum profitability “dependant on legal and political requirements”.
It is expected that on a 7 year cycle, said property resale value should equate to two new facilities being purchased free hold by The Family Care Organisation
Due to economics and political factors, I cannot envision Family Care centres in many Western countries, instead the Family Care Organisation will consider funding applicants from all over the world to our centres in Asia, this will have 2 distinct advantages:
Firstly 1 centre in the USA for example, equates to the same cost factors as would 5 to 10 centres in most Asian countries.
Secondly non-Asian applicants would be of major benefit in language and cultural teaching.
Some critical statistics:
1. The United Nations places the death by non-natural causes “murder” of new born infants between 1 and 3 million per year
2. Western countries range between 3 and 10 per 1,000 births, Asian countries up to 27 per 1,000 births.
3. In Western Countries Children reared in single parent families equate to 80% of all prison inmates. “attached video has current stats from the USA.”
4. The consensus is that the mother in desperation, caused by either religious or social pressures, feels she has 1. No other option for her own survival; 2. She is saving the child from a worse fate.
5. Typically in majority of 3rd world countries, children born out of wedlock, if not murdered, are abandoned, maimed to allow them to be effective beggars, or sold into slavery.
6. There is no Organisation currently available that actually services this sector of society.
There are unlimited youtube video’s, pictures and even articles written on this matter, by various care foundations, these are appalling realities that seem to be accepted on a historical global scale.
